Dooars: Murti, Jhalong and Bindu

After the failed attempt at Gorumara, we started on our way to see some other places. The proposed itinerary told us that it was going to be a long day. Our cars proceeded through beautiful roads through the jungle.

We stopped at Murti. While crossing Murti bridge, we stopped our cars and heard the splash of the river. We wanted to go closer and spend sometime near the river. So we proceeded towards the sound. We got a glance of the river through the trees…

Then after sometime, we finally found the river in its full beauty..

The river did not have much water, but a thin stream of water flowed. The water was so transparent that the pebbles under the riverbed were clearly visible.murti4.jpg

We found a bunch of children splashing in the water, observing at the schools of fishes and enjoying the sun. The hills were not greatly visible as it was still foggy.

We again started our journey. We found ourselves on a hilly road. We had some small streams at the side of the roads.

The roads were really beautiful. Some shots.

We had river and hills on the other side.

We found some beautiful scenes at Jhalong.

And we followed the roads to go proceed towards our next destination.
